For some allografts, please ensure you advise whether the preference is freeze dried or frozen. In addition, please have a valid purchase order ready prior to shipping. The product code will be given to you once the allograft(s) have been selected.
Bio-Implant Solutions will work with each Tissue Bank to locate the allograft(s) closest to the specifications that are given. We will present you with the best options for your patients. In addition, we offer next day delivery and we are available to you 24/7, 365 days a year.
All orders are shipped via Fed Ex or UPS unless otherwise requested. Freezer dried orders can be shipped for next day delivery, 2 day, or ground delivery. All frozen orders are shipped for next day delivery.
If you have an emergency, we will explore same-day delivery options for you. Please be advised that additional shipping charges will apply for courier services.
Freeze dried allografts may be returned in their original packaging provided they have been stored at the proper temperatures outlined in the package insert. Return of freeze dried product must be completed within 5 days of shipment.
Frozen allografts may be approved for return which is at the discretion of the processor of the allografts. The allograft must be in its original packaging and must be stored at the proper temperatures outlined in the package insert.The cooler cannot be opened must be returned before the validated cooler transit time expires.
